OSS/BSS provider Info Directions at VON this week announced a joint marketing agreement with Ensim Corp., a company that makes software so service providers can deliver converged hosted services.

The agreement means service providers can take an integrated approach to creating and managing services, from development and deployment through operations and billing, the companies say.

Info Directions CostGuard.NET OSS/BSS offers convergent service providers an operations, billing, tax and regulatory compliance platform, while Ensim’s technology provides user self-management and real-time automation for customer service fulfillment.
