UC Deployments to Reach $12.5 Billion by 2012

In-Stat and Wainhouse Research have released a new set of reports on the unified communications (UC) market.

Deployments will reach $12.5 billion by 2012, the firms said, while integrated UC services will top $4.1 billion in sales.

The companies include video and audio conferencing and instant messaging in their definition of UC.
