Clarus Releases New VoIP Testing Software

Clarus Systems Inc. has unveiled ClarusIPC Operations, a new version of its VoIP testing software for mid-size to large enterprise Cisco Systems Inc. IP telephony systems . The software aims to accelerate network deployments, reduce operations costs and enable remote trouble shooting. ClarusIPC Operations performs functions such as scheduling and automating testing; providing standardized reporting and remote troubleshooting of individual and group phones; and identifying and isolating tools for help desk personnel. Clarus software now is available in two versions: ClarusIPC Operations for enterprises and ClarusIPC Certification for systems integrators and managed service providers.
